T-Shirts

Thundercats Logo Thundercats Logo

I love t-shirts. T-shirts are a great way of telling people a little bit about yourself. A great way of making a joke. They are also a great way of starting conversations in parties.

My two favorite t-shirts at the moment are my Thundercats t-shirt, and my Dangermouse t-shirt. I love the Thundercats logo design and the cartoon. When I wear it out, people always end up talking to me about it.

It normally goes something like this;

Someone cool:
Hey, cool t-shirt. Where did you get that from?
Me:
Thanks Dude/Dudet! Yeah, I got it from Camden Market, in London. I used to love Thundercats when I was a kid
Someone cool:
Me Too! We even named our cat Panthro!

I am sure that you get the gist of it!

If you sometimes find it hard sometimes - like I do - to make conversation in parties, then I recomend wearing t-shirts in this nature. It's cool, and helps you stand out a bit from all the people wearing soccer shirts, or brand name clothing.

Geek t-shirts

What inspired me to write this nonsense? I was browsing the web earlier and a came across this cool collection of t-shirts at ThinkGeek.com. I wanted some instantly, and I think I will buy a few as soon as the next paycheck comes through. Check them out, for some of the coolest t-shirts around.

RSS worked like a charm, though I'll probably visit in person so I can see your graphics... Thunderbirds was a late 60's marionette action series (I think Old Navy runs a parody add) but what are the Thunder cats ?

You never heard of the thundercats? I guess it could be a UK only thing.

The thundercats was a tv cartoon that ran mostly during the eighties. Along with other famous ones, such as he-man.

I'm sure if you good it you will get more info.

hehe...never heard of thundercats...who would have thought.

    Great link Dunstan!

I had almost forgot all the characters.

I was quite young when thundercats was in its prime, so I think thats a good excuse to find a DVD box set (there must be one somewhere), and watch them all again.

Man, I loved that cartoon. Had all the toys too. Panthro was my favorite as well Dunstan. In fact, I think he's probably still in storage at my parent's house.

    I need a Thundercats t-shirt now.

    Thanx, Nick...

... for proving my ex-girlfriend wrong.

She says, " 'Funnily' is not a word;" which it's not, but thanks to you [and more like you], we will make it UNIVERSAL!

Oh, and I liked the blind dude.

I have a Cougar; so when I put the sub-box in the trunk, I'm going to slap on the Thundercats logo.
